Charles Moreau
Mayor Charles Moreau of Herbignac has been a great help to us in matters both grand and minor. He personally interceded with the upper levels of French bureacracy to help our visas and work permits along, and he and his staff at the mairie have been incredibly patient with the two slow-stammering foreigners and our "I am of the to need in the work of the hands"-style of French. Mayor Moreau is quite a busy fellow but he has still managed to find time for us. He not only handles Herbignac, but is also an official in the management of the local Briere natural park.
