Name: Bent Bulldog

Notes:  Done for an order which, alas, requested an unstained pipe, and this one did eventually need staining.  This pipe is notable in that it's another one built around the Golden Ratio of design, and I used it as an example in a discussion thread over on P&T magazine's new "Foundations" forum.  Which is a positively excellent pipe forum, BTW.

Positives:   Big yet light (relatively speaking) with a lot of "meat" on it, it's the perfect working smoker, the kind of pipe that would become one of my favorites.  It has a very easy, open draw for full flavor, and passes a cleaner painlessly.  The stem is handcut cumberland.  The grain, and particularly the depth of the sandblast rings, is really the star, though.  I did my best to make the shape very "classical fat bulldog" yet still Talbert-ish in terms of sandblast and the flow of the curves.

Negatives:   None.  She's a beaut!
