Talbert Pipes Ligne Bretagne Shape Notes Shapes 6-10 Ligne Bretagne
Ligne Bretagne Standard Shapes 6-10

Shape 6 Bowl Height: 4.5 cm
Chamber Width: 2 cm
Notes: Here is the classical straight billiard. Not much to say on this one, as it is such a familiar shape to all.

Shape 7 Bowl Height: 4.2 cm
Chamber Width: 1.8 cm
Notes: This is a variation on the Canadian #5. This pipe is smaller and more graceful, with a group 4 bowl rather than the #5's group 6, and also a tiny bit more forward lean to the bowl.

Shape 8 Bowl Height: 5.5 cm
Chamber Width: 2 cm
Notes: I love this one. It's another Canadian variation but of cartoonish proportions. It has the same narrow oval shank of the #7 shape, but the bowl is a huge ODA-sized egg that's out of all proportion to the stem. I expect it would be an excellent all-day smoker though - something that could be put down, picked up and re-lit over the hours, with enough tobacco capacity to last through a long afternoon.

Shape 9 Bowl Height: 4.5 cm
Chamber Width: 1.8 cm
Notes: Yet another variation of a Canadian shape, with a full 11 cm length. Primarily different from the other similar shapes by the longer shank and a slightly taller, more billiard-esque bowl. .

Shape 10 Bowl Height: 4.5 cm
Chamber Width: 1.8 cm
Notes: This is the Ligne Bretagne classic standard bulldog shape. We also have a larger version and a couple of variations of bent versions that we'll be producing in the future. I've smoked some test examples of these a good deal. Like all bulldogs, they are thin around the bottom sides so I would suggest a couple of half-bowl smokes during break-in, but they're about the perfect size for me. The chamber is roughly group 5 in size.
