Notes:  These particular Prince-shaped stummels seem to have a better-than-average percentage of excellent briar among them - I consistently get beautiful smooths and blasts at worst, with very few stummels discarded of this shape.  This one is another in our very deep, rich, chocolate brown stain coloring - a beautiful (and rather expensive looking) color which (yet again) is a challenge to photo, because the grain becomes so dark.  But I believe the pics above convey the extraordinary bird's-eye grain well enough - It has a very nice display of that tight, swirly stuff that makes the best bird's-eye look so striking.
