The Eldred

The highest grade of pipe I make is the M Grade, or Minaria Grade. I often get inquiries from collectors specifying that they want an M without knowing what the quantities are. In actuality, there are only 2 M Grade pipes in existence. In the 4 years I'd been making pipes at this time, I had only seen one other block that would have been suitable for an M designation. I have no idea if I'll ever see another! Whatever may happen, though, this pipe will be happily smoked by me for the rest of its natural life. For the sake of the curious, the selling price on this piece would have been $860 in 1999, had it been for sale.
