Ibex #7

Some years ago I was trying to think "outside the box", and hit upon the basic design of the pipes I have called "Ibex" - a series of similar pipes in this extremely sharp, claw-like style. It's a deceptive design, and while it looks simple it's actually fairly difficult to do properly (meaning, with equally-thick bowl walls and retaining the full arcs and intersections of the various curves). I try to do one every year at minimum, and had to put one into the gallery. In the collection of Jay Statland.
