The Bilbo

This pipe was sold to Mike Berlyn of the USA in spring, 1998. Out of all the pipes I've made, this is the one that I get the most requests for copies of. I don't know why, but it seems to really grab people. For the record, I do not make copies of this shape as it was a one-of-a-kind. However, Mark Tinsky of American Smoking Pipes has recently done a copy as a custom order for a customer, and I've posted his version under mine for comparison's sake.
